It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmett A. Snook of Madison, Indiana, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Snook and Novella Snook (Downey); his wife Evelyn Carnine; and his siblings, Terry Snook and Elizabeth Browning.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Snook (Adele) of Vevay, Kim Stewart of Kentucky and Kevin Snook (Tiffany) of St. Leon, Indiana; his brother Russell Snook of Campbellsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Clint Bowling (Katie) of Bardstown, Haley Snook of Florence, Ace Snook of St. Leon and Zane Snook of St. Leon; his great grandchildren, Sammy, Jack and Ruthie; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kylie and Chase.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Alzheimers/Dementia Foundation or St. Elizabeth Hospice. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
