She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Henry and Maude Henry (Houze); her husband Paul Schurick; and her sons, Jack, Charles, Steve and Kenny Schurick.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Schurick of Madison, Terri Burchfield (Mark) of Hanover, Jeff Bailey of Madison and Diane "Ranee" Fisher (George) of Madison. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
