He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jane Rose (Johnson); his stepfather Roy Rose of Madison, IN; his daughter MaKenna Michelle Elaine White of Georgetown, KY; his close friend Monique Holley of Georgetown, KY; his stepchildren, Jayden Peak and Aundrea Peak of Lexington, KY; his stepbrothers, John Rose (Lindy) of Madison, IN and Chris Sharp of Madison, IN; and his aunts and uncles, Helen (Junior Gabbard), Mitch Johnson of Sebastian, KY, Larry Johnson of Breathitt County, KY, Carolyn Burns of Worthville, KY, Jalia (John Nelson), Fred (Tammy Johnson), Phillip (Shelly Johnson), Mark Johnson (Javier Quijano), Kip Skaggs of Vevay, IN, Mary (Lloyd Bowling), Lorraine (Jack Henson) and Geraldine White (MaKenly "Bear" White) of Jackson, KY.
