With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwight Werner of Madison, Indiana, born in Cross Plains, Indiana, who passed away on October 10, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil H. Werner and Beula Romans Werner; and his grandson Shane Melzoni. He is survived by: his wife Deanie Hall Phillips Werner of Madison, Indiana; his children, Lisa Werner of Madison, Becky Ivey (Scott), Debbie Hamilton (Brion) of Madison, Terry Phillips of Madison and Jennifer Williams (Mike) of Panama City, Florida; his grandchildren, Michelle Fligor (Julian), Bryla Potter (Jason), Sierra Phillips, Jace Stevens, Evan Stevens and Maggie Stevens; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Abel, Luca, Kier, Sterling, Cora, Winnie and Valerie; his siblings, Brenda Huntington (Bud) of Versailles, Indiana and Ron Werner of Bennington, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Sue Louden of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
