He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cox and Bonnie L. Robinson Cox; and his brother John Cox. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelsey Cox of Louisville and Amanda Cox of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Lyla Cox and Elliott Fruit; and his siblings, Connie Cox of Columbus, Shelly Ferguson (Greg) of Columbus, Indiana and Ronnie Cox (Diane) of Columbus, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
