She is survived by: her boyfriend William Sean Burrows of Madison, Indiana; her sons, Todd Helton of Deputy, Joe Helton (Lacie) of Deputy and Gunner Calhoun (Jenna) of New Albany, Indiana; and her siblings, Mark Smith (Christina) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Alisa Smith of Cincinnati and Sherry Carlson (Shawn) of Fort Pierce, Florida. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
