She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Winkel and Elizabeth Wolfschlag Winkel; her husband Robert Spoonmore of Michael's Church; her siblings, Theodore "Ted" Winkel (Joseph Winkel), Rose Mary Winkel, Catherine "Cathy" Winkel, Mary Margaret Winkel, Elizabeth "Betty" Cord, Martha Helen Torline and Dorothea J. Winkel; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Cord, Charles Smith and Charles Torline.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Laura Nolte of Madison, Indiana, John Spoonmore (Paula) of Brownsburg and Joe Spoonmore of Indianapolis, Indiana; her stepgrandchildren, Brad, Eric, Jessica, Lindsay, Jeremy, Sam, Jordan, Jenna and Elijah; her great grandchildren, Landon, Cooper, Decklan, Jaydan, Addie and Crosby; and her sister Carolyn Smith of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made out to either the Winkel Family Scholarship Fund at Shawe, or Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
