She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Moreillon and Lucy Florence Brandon Moreillon; her husband William F. Colwell, Sr.; and her siblings, Phyllis Jean Moreillon Fultz, Saralee Moreillon Barnes, Ramona Ann Moreillon Voris, Betty Lou Moreillon Craig, Dwight Wayne Moreillon and George Arthur Moreillon.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Phillips (Mike) of Lexington, Indiana, William "Bill" F. Colwell, Jr. (Melissa) of Lexington and Corey Shane Colwell (Kathy) of Lexington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Britani Colwell Turner (Andrew) of Indianapolis, Chasity Morris, Hemi Colwell, Mary Stephan (Damon), Taylor Colwell and Owen Colwell; her great grandchildren, Myles and Brody Turner; her grandsons, Difon, Hadley and Shelby Stephan; her sister Rhonda Kay Moreillon Watson of Madison, Indiana; and her brother-in-law Ray Voris of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the North Madison Christian Church or the Hosparus Inpatient Unit.
