She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward Cox and Sharon Lee Morgan Koontz; her stepparents, David Lee Koontz and Sheila D. Burton Cox; her brother Richard Lee Cox; and her grandparents, Russell, Doris Morgan, Ralph and Flossie Cox.
She is survived by: her sons, John Clark (Stephanie) of Madison, Shane Hofelich (Rachel) of Charlestown, Dustin Hofelich (Samantha) of Hanover and Justin Hofelich (Laura Jordan) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Bryer, Sammi, Paizlea, Ryder, Braylee, Harlee, Ella, Myah, Maeci, Leilani, Emma and Faylen; and her siblings, Candie Maddox (Aaron) of Dupont, Kelly Jo Cox of Columbus, Indiana and Randy Wilson (Kellie) of Lexington, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
