He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Fox and Thelma Randolph Fox Kingan; and his siblings, Eddie Fox, Lloyd Fox and Thelma Fox Wilson.
He is survived by: his former spouse Terry Massey; his children, Jamie Fox (Amanda Vernon) of Madison, Indiana, Erin Jaynes (Joey) of Madison and April Fox of Bedford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Brittany Jaynes, LeAnn Fox and Kayson Conkright; and his siblings, Leonard Fox (Susie) of Canaan, Richard Fox (Ruth Ann) of Madison, Leon Fox (Mary Ann) of Madison, Indiana, Mary Frances Grove (Bob) of Van Wert and Hazel Cunningham of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
