He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorotha Joann Mitchell Boley and Clyde C. Boley, Jr.; his brother-in-law Al Seng; and his grandparents, John D., Thelma Clements Mitchell, Clyde C. Sr. and Henrietta Mauer Boley.
He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Boley (Eric Fortner) of Ekron, Kentucky; his sisters, Lisa Seng Shadday (Kevin) of Madison, Nancy O'Leary (Tim) of LaGrange and Heather Smith (Nathan) of Waynesburg, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Vania Seng Hamner (Noah), Mitchell Seng, Natalie O'Leary, Meaghan O'Leary and Sophie Smith; and his aunt Alice Nichols of Scott County, Indiana. He is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
