He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiawatha Moore and Gertie Runyons Moore. He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberly "Kim" Moore Johnson (Bach) of Madison, Indiana and Greggrey "Gregg" Moore (Lara) of Bloomington, Indiana; his nephews, Tanner Smyth (Amanda), Christopher Moore and Forest Moore; his niece Abby Smyth (Justin Donoho); and his great-nephew Arlo Smyth.
