He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Annette Edens Ramsey and Andy Johnson Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Dabney Ramsey of Madison, Indiana; his daughters, Amanda Ramsey Mekara of Marshall and Stephanie Ramsey (Billy Ashcraft) of Bedford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kristen Leatherbury, Allison Lenser, Dalton Ashcraft, Mary Jewell Mekara and Adeley Ashcraft; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Cox, Caden Mynhier, Brandon Mynhier, Jr. and Alaina Lenser; his siblings, Larry Ramsey (Carolyn) of Pendleton, Kentucky and Carolyn Ramsey Colbert (Charlie) of Georgetown, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Leinweber (Mike) of Madison, Donna Dabney Nalley (Glenn) of Cody, Mark "Tony" Dabney of Madison and James William "Jim" Anderson (Christy) of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
