He was predeceased by: his parents, N. W. Henderson and Gladys Henderson (Carder). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Cull of Madison; his children, Tanisia Blackburn (Steven Trevor) of Hinesville, Georgia, Julie Strouse (Cary) of Madison, Toby Lyle Henderson (Jennifer) of Walton, Joseph Henderson (Jennifer) of Annapolis and Samantha Gray (Brandon) of Madison; his brothers, Bill Henderson (Jewell) of Bedford and Darrell Henderson (Doris) of Madison; his grandchildren, Julia (Edgar), Alexandra, Bradley, Ian, Andrew, Wesley and Kinsley; his great grandchildren, Walker and Edrix; and his nieces and nephews, Trent and Haley. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Mt. Byrd Christian Church Building Fund. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
