She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Parker and Hazel V. Keen Parker; her granddaughter Savannah; her great grandchild Serenity; her siblings, James Parker, Doris Hyden and Jocie Roberts; and her stepdaughter Stacy Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Michael "Mike" Stephens of Madison, Indiana; her children, Lisa Michelle Farris (Mark) of Madison, Kimberly Marie Mullins of Madison, Heather Nichole Stenger (Rikki) of Madison, Indiana, John Carter Thevenow, IV of Madison and Timothy Michael Tullis of Madison, Indiana; her stepson James Michael Stephens of North Vernon, Indiana; her grandchildren, Matthew, Cameron, Parker, Megan, Taylor, Paige, Quentin, Xavier, Emma, Logan and John V; her stepgrandchildren, Jazlin, Mia, Niah and Josiah; her great grandchildren, Kain and Kade; and her siblings, Bob Parker (Donna) of Independence, Charlie Anderson of Hanover, Jack Shelly of Madison, Indiana, Kimberly Hendren of Madison and Brenda Parks (Johnny) of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Full Gospel Church (39 Mattick St, Carrollton, KY 41008). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
