He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Johnson and Ruth Burch Johnson; his wife Jeanne "Jackie" Johnson; and his siblings, H. T., Virginia and Linda Ruth.
He is survived by: his uncle Sylvester Johnson (Ida Mae); his children, Cliff Johnson (Julie) of Fishers and Kem Ray (Allan Miller) of Maumelle; and his grandsons, Dylan Ray, Tanner Ray, Logan Ray, Luke Johnson and Brantley Johnson.
He also served on the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and United Fund.
