Christine Susan Skrentny Wilcox Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, at the age of 73, Christine Susan Skrentny Wilcox of Madison, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Jean Audrey Sanders Skrentny; her husband Alan Lee "Al" Wilcox of Madison, Indiana; her children, Tricia Wells (Chet) of Madison, Indiana and Bill Wilcox (Laura) of Houston, Texas; her grandchildren, Kira Wells, Beckett Wilcox, Sullivan Wilcox and Zara Wilcox; her siblings, Sharon Kauth of Denver, Lauren Vaverka (Steve) of Gainesville, Georgia, David Skrentny (Tracy) of West Salem and Michael Skrentny of Madison, Indiana; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Wilcox of Kansas City, Kathleen Paquen (Joe) of Winter Park, Florida, Joe Wilcox (Nancy) of Kansas City and Jim Wilcox (Joanie) of Palm Desert, California; her father Thomas Richard Skrentny; her son Mark Christopher Wilcox; her brother Paul Skrentny; her parents-in-law, William and Mary Wilcox; her brothers-in-law, Richard "Dick" Kauth and Dave Wilcox; and also Jean Audrey Sanders Skrentny of Madison, Indiana. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A rosary was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (413 E 2nd St, Madison, IN 47250).

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Hanover College Foundation.
