He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jean Creech Gray of Kent, Indiana; his daughter Jessica Gray of Kent, Indiana; his granddaughter Samantha Gray of Kent, Indiana; his sister Donna McElwee of Cowgill, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Warman of Hanover, Indiana and Leland Creech of Jeffersonville, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
