He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Lorene Holt Brawner and Frank Elston Brawner; and his close friend Jim Smitley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann New Brawner of Madison, Indiana; his sons, Frank Elston Brawner (Brittany) of Madison and Christopher Dee Brawner of Madison, Indiana; and his grandson Leonidas Brawner.
