She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ora Cline and Catherine Barnett Cline Luckett; her stepfather McCabe Luckett; and her sister-in-law Tamara Sue "Tammy" Webster Cline. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Bell (Wendy) of Pensacola and Chris Bell (Shannon) of Gambrills, Maryland; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Grooms of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jason Bell, Jessica Bell Morrison (Patric), Jordan Bell Jenkins (Markus), Jacob Bell (Megan), Aiden Bell, Landon Wheelless, Ryan Bell, Tyler Bell, Alexis Bell, Teygan Bell and Olivia Cadem; her great grandchildren, Brayden Bell, Collynns Morrison and Asher Morrison; her siblings, James "Jim" D. Cline of Deputy, Indiana and Linda Lorentzen (Ross) of Washburn; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa Amburgey, Ethan Cline, Delaney Cline, Gregory Cline, Zack Vandergriff and Logan Amburgey. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
