He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Hunt and Alene Elizabeth Gammon Hunt; his son Billy Lynn Hunt, Jr.; his siblings, Steve Hunt, Larry Hunt, Royce Hunt and Connie May Hunt Beard (Bonnie Hunt); and his brother-in-law Donald Waddle.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kay Waddle Hunt of Madison, Indiana; his siblings, Harry Hunt (Sally) of Owenton, Kentucky, Judy Brewer of Bedford and Joyce Hunt of Owenton, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Franklin Waddle (Virginia) of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by his daughter and several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
