He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Mae Ricketts Kasper and William Martin Kasper; his son Noah Daniel Kasper; his brother William J. "Bill" Kasper; his half-sister Jean Opal Davin; and his brother-in-law Jim Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Kaye Cheatham Kasper of Madison, Indiana; his son Isaiah Kasper (Megan Benner) of Madison, Indiana; his sisters, Margaret Short (Bill) of Henryville, Karen Lykins (Kenny) of Sadieville and Linda Mitcheltree (John) of Peidmont; his half-sisters, Pauline Taylor of Savannah, Georgia and Mary Ann Eubank of Clarksville, Indiana; his parents-in-law, Daniel "Dan" and Joyce Cloud Cheatham; his sisters-in-law, Louann Stockdale Kasper of Madison, Sharon Williams (Steve) of Marathon and Rebecca McManis (Joshua) of Port St; and his cousin Joe (Schrhonda Zubaty). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
