She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Franklin and Peggy Franklin (McMillan); her husband Gary Clark; and her brother Ralph "Buddy" Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Walters of Chesterfield and Lisa Pockman (Dan) of Scottsboro, Alabama; her granddaughters, Alexis Walters and Cortney Hobbs; and her siblings, Brenda Franklin of Indianapolis, Billy Franklin of Anderson, Barbie Franklin of Anderson and Patrick Stone of Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
