She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Baxter (Dennis) of Madison, Indiana; and her brothers, Frank Beach (Laura) of Carroll County and Jarvis Beach of Carroll County, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
