He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkinson and Oveda Perkinson (Handlon); his wife Beatrice Perkinson; and his siblings, Joseph William Perkinson, John Clinton Perkinson, Delsie Perkinson and Rachel Ann Schmidt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Kay Holskey of Crestwood, Jodie Lynn Shelley of Madison and Karen Elaine Hoffman of Madison; his sister Oveda Ray Ricardo of North Vernon, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Christopher McKay, Phillip McKay, Christina Grandeo, Emilee Barraza, Eric Hoffman and Zach Holskey.
