He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Scott Bushong (Trinity Richards) of Madison and Anthony "Tony" G. Bushong, Jr. of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Amari, Montgomery and Lennox; and his siblings, A. J. Austin of Commiskey, Andrew Bushong of Madison, Indiana and Angela Monday of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
