She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Addie Osborne Smith and James Estle Smith; and her brothers, Darrell Smith and Donald Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Godsey of Madison and Kelly Godsey Saldivar of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandsons, Clayton "Anthony" Hamby, Derek Godsey, Daniel Godsey, Brayden Saldivar and Elijah Saldivar; and her siblings, Claire "Bo" Smith of Olean, Indiana, Karen Scholl of Madison, Anita Cook of Cross Plains, Cheryl Beverly of Cross Plains and Mary Smith of Cross Plains, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
