She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gobel Welch and Lena Alice Jackson Welch; her former husband James Estill Moore; her daughter Lisa Carol Moore; and her brothers, William Harold Welch, Robert Hilton Welch, James Harlan Welch, Gobel Welch, Jr. and Joseph Michael Welch.
She is survived by: her husband SpongeBob; her son Randall "Randy" Moore (Barbara) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Natalie Campbell (Jake) of Madison, Indiana and Jonathan Moore (Alyssa) of Madison, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Judah, Nora, Abel, Malachi and Madelyn; and her siblings, Mamie Jenkins of Smithfield and Gerald Lee Welch of Aulander. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Madison Assembly of God (1636 Clifty Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
