He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Larry Childs of Painesville, OH, Mark Childs (Sharon) of Leroy, OH, Angela Nichols (Jay) of Ashtabula, OH and Joseph Childs of Kokomo; his son-in-law Jeff Hodson; his grandchildren, Alishia Moore, Jeffery Hodson (Summer), Bo Martin, Sarah Martin, Austin Hodson, Alisa Atherton (Devon), Amber Childs, Joshua Childs, Brook Childs, Alyssa Coursen (Anthony), Natasha Nichols, Katie Erickson, Jessica Erickson and Nina Nichols; his great grandchildren, Christopher Moore, Jacob Moore, Cayden Allen, Gavin Allen, Chloe Allen, Grayson Roth, Apollo Atherton, Leviticus Atherton, Ashlynne Hodson, Haley Hodson, James Hodson and Brinden Martin; and his pet Betty Jean.
