She was predeceased by: her parents, King Solomon Tackett and Stanley B. Tackett (Townsend); her spouse Trulen Ray Willis; her children-in-law, Jo Willis (Zartman) and James Larry Sandefur; and her siblings, Huddleston Tackett, Allie Tackett, Arlie Tackett, Irene Drake and Leatha Countryman.
She is survived by: her children, Monte Willis (Wanda), Roger Dale (Sandra) and Janet Sue Sandefur; her grandson Tony Willis of Kentucky; her children, Shelly Bostic of Kentucky, Michael Sandefur of Kentucky, Robert Sandefur of Kentucky and Fred Sandefur of Kentucky; and her stepgrandchildren, Desire Bosquez and Josie Bosquez of Texas.
