He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Staats of Macy; his children, Samantha St (Richard), Jennifer Sprague (Robert) of Carmel, Amy and Jayson Staats (Joanie) of Macy; his grandchildren, Randy Ward (Alisha), Marcus Ward, Estella Ward, James Ward, Robby Sprague, Harry Sprague, Julie Bever, Brad Bever, Ashley Staats, Kristina Staats, Teagan See (Braden), Matthew Staats and Kaitlyn Snell; his siblings, Beverly Urschel (Mike) of Wabash, Doug Staats (Rose) of Wabash, Darin Staats (Carla) of Fort Worth, Gary Staats of Fort Worth, Melissa Hawkins (Coy) of Fort Worth and William Staats of Kentucky; and his stepmother Dianne Staats of Fort Worth. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
