Iris Marie Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2023, at the age of 94, Iris Marie Smith of Macy, Indiana, born in Peru, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick "Fritz" Schmidt and Ruby Schmidt (Anderson); her husband Charles L. "Roy" Smith; and her sisters, Mary Whitaker, Dorothy Eldridge and Donnabell Parrett.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Craig Smith (Donna) of Macy, IN and Cathy Jo Hileman; her grandsons, Matthew Minthorn (Annette) of Columbia City, IN and Aaron Charles Smith of Warsaw, IN; and her great grandchildren, Greta Minthorn and Reese Minthorn.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made through the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home to St. John's Lutheran Church.
