She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Hunt and Carrie Hunt (Snyder); and her children, William, Anne Hart (Paul) of Macy, Becky White of Mexico and Robert Gene.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul, Dale, Doyal, Eugene, Charles, Mabel O'Donell, Mary Fred, Frances Creason, Joyce Smith and Nancy Ridenour of Wabash; her husband Earl Leo Smith; her son Mark David; and her grandchildren, Alicia Pe (Paul), Zach Hart (Courtney), Samuel Hart, Thomas White (Patricia), Rylie White (Ben), Lee Hall (Samantha), Mary Werner (Adam), Don Hall (Terra) and Carrie Smith.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
