It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Wayne Davis (Mackey, Indiana), born in Delphi, Indiana, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Davis and Maude Davis; and his sisters, Virginia Edwards and Carol Masterson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cook; his daughters, Julia Kerchief (Jason) of Newburgh and Lesley Byers (Dewayne) of Elberfeld; his grandchildren, Ethan Byers, Elliott Byers and Olivia Kerchief; his sister Betty Montgomery of Lafayette; and his brother-in-law Terry Masterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to new Covid-19 mandates from Gov. Holcomb and CDC social distancing is still observed with the maximum of 50 people for attendance to all visitation and services. Face mask are required by state mandate at the visitation and services.
