Holtsclaw (Cottingham); his grandparents, Terry and Judy Cottingham; his siblings, Jaycie Edwards (Ryan), Jarett Holtsclaw and Jaylie Sams; his aunts and uncles, Jessica Huffman, Beth Corbin, Karen Baughman, Barb Verseman, Jack Cottingham, Gary Sams and Michael Sams; and his nephews, Memphis McNeal, Branson Edwards, Kahlen Edwards, Kaysen Edwards and Bradley Holtsclaw.
