He is survived by: his wife Deborah Biggs (Masters) of Virginia; the mother of his children Connie Sears (Moore); his children, Lynnette Shrank (Jeff) of Sandborn, Shane Biggs of Virginia and Celeste Long (Ian) of Alabama; his grandchildren, Persephanie Clifford (Zach), Benjamin Long (Tiara), Seth Long and Wylan Long; and his great grandchild Katherine Clifford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
