He is survived by: his wife Janet England (Wilson) of Lyons; his children, Jimmy England of Bunker Hill, Brandon England (Andrea) of Woodlawn, Blake England of Lyons, Charles Eugene England of Bloomington and Tressa Derouin (Bubba) of Bloomfield; and his sisters, Anna Sue Lydy (Tom), Brenda Early (Jeff) and Sandy Tatlock.
