He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Maxwell and Doris Grounds (Lehman); and his nephews, Andy Hauser and Matt Hauser. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Grounds of Lyons; his children, Chad Grounds (Angie), Chris Johnson (Andy) and Jenny Mullis (Mike); his grandchildren, Clint Grounds, Levi Grounds, Olivia Johnson, Claire Johnson, Gabriel Johnson, Max Mullis, Annabelle Mullis and Catherine Mullis; and his sister Rosie Hauser (Terry).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Green County Foundation- The Butch Mullis Memorial Scholarship Fund through the funeral home.
