It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Lavon Carlisle (Lynnville, Indiana), born in Henderson, Colorado, who passed away on July 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Corene Bradley Leslie and Orville Cotton Leslie. She is survived by: her husband William Lee "Bill" Carlisle; her children, Sherry Carlisle Smith (Tony), Timothy Lee Carlisle (Liz Whitney) and Lorrie Carlisle Higgs (Chris); her grandchildren, Dallas Smith, Dakota Smith, Levi Carlisle, EmmaLee Higgs, Lexi Carlisle and Bo Higgs; her siblings, Phyllis Nelson and Dennis Leslie (Tonya); and her siblings-in-law, Charles Carlisle (Klete), Bettye Abbott (Raymond), Jeannie Knight (Pete) and Wanda Carlisle. She is also survived by 14 nieces & nephews & several cousins.
