He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Arflack Sr. and Doris M. Arflack (Fallowfield); his children, Michelle R. Arflack and Shawn C. Humm; and his brother David L. Arflack.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela M. Wilson (Dan) and Melinda Knotts; his siblings, James D. Arflack Jr., Thomas L. Arflack (Susie), Larry W. Arflack (Vickie) and Patricia J. Miller; his grandchildren, Justin Wilson, Alexandria Schmett (Joshua), Tyler Wilson (Jade), Blake Wilson, Ethan Knotts and Andrew Knotts; and his great grandchildren, Austin Wilson and Evalena Schmett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
