He is survived by: his wife Ann Orth; his children, Lori Leonhardt (Donnie), Lesley McBride (Joe), Patrick Bogan (Misty) and Jody Wira (Larry); his grandchildren, Jesse (Char), Aaron McBride (Rachel), Alisha Buckman (Tyler), Whitney Black (Ethan), Emily Bogan, Issac Leonhardt, Hallie Bailey and Maddie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley McBride, Wyatt McBride and Lola Lampton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Shriners Children's Hospital.
