He was predeceased by: his father Sam Wallace. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Wallace (Young); his wife Juanita; his daughter Jami Wallace; his grandchildren, Journee Wallace and Koree Cooper; and his siblings, Cathy Nally, Brian Hess (Geneva) and Randy Fluty (Dena).
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorial contributions be made to Titzer Family Funeral Homes.
