She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvy Wallace and Gladys Wallace (Sattler) of Winslow, IN; her brothers, Robert and Arnold Wallace; and her stepfather Johnny Rutter. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions be given to the National Alzheimer's Association.
