He was predeceased by: his brother Steven Acton; his stepfather Robert Moore; and his son-in-law Aaron Laywell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Seay Acton; his parents, Carolyn Buttery and Jim Acton; his daughters, Tia Flores Laywell (Chris Williams) of Missouri, Kara Acton of Richmond and Melissa Acton of Winchester, Indiana; his son-in-law Steven Warner of Tennessee; and his siblings, Jennifer Dinkins, Lisa Jamison, Linda Pierce, Angelia Moore, Amy Moore, Gary Acton, David Acton and Danny Acton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
