He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald K. Davis and Donna Jean Barker Davis; and his siblings, Don Davis, James Barker, Robert Davis and Carla Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Davis; his sons, Michael Siletta (Brittany Bennett), Dallas Davis (Deanna Coffey), Austin Davis and Justin Murphy; his grandchildren, Avacyn Bennett, Ella Davis, Phoebe Davis and Dallas Davis Jr.; and his sister Brenda Davis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
