She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Wilson and Alice Engle (Brown); her husband Richard B. Coulter; her sisters, Betty Englehart and Shirley Boudreux; and her half-siblings, Sue Hart and Rick Engle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Violet Smith (Hugh) of Winchester, Jeannie Brummett of Winchester, Sandy Kemplen (Melvin) of Fairfield, IL and Teresa Stoddard (Paul) of Richmond; her pet Buddy; her siblings, Bill Wilson of Las Vegas, Bob Wilson of Florida, John Engle (Shelia) of Fountain City, IN, Mary Paul (Kim) of Winchester and Phyllis Jean Jessup (Paul) of Greenville; and her sister-in-law Jean Hunley (Buck). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
