He is survived by: his parents, David Martin Roth and Betty Ann Beam Roth; his wife Melissa Roth; his children, Myckala Roth-Meyers and Dakkotah Jamez Roth; his siblings, Michele Boyd (Scott) and Rob Roth (Stacey); his brother-in-law Marshall Meyers III (Tina); his nieces and nephews, Cheyenne Whitson (Jacob), Victoria Meyers (David Driver), Madison Boyd, Weston Meyers, Nicholas Boyd and Connor Roth; and his mother-in-law Sandra Meyers. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and friends.
