He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edgar and Bonnie Elbert Gibson (Bertram); his wife Eva Lucille Gibson; and his siblings, Florede Gibson, Molene Wiggins, Louise Guffey, Donreta Hoover, Woodrow Gibson and Esco Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Gibson of Lynn, Rick Gibson (Laurie) of Lynn, Pam George (Larry) of Avon and Amanda Bragg (Shane) of Lynn; his grandchildren, Chelsea Pruitt (Nick), Morgan Gibson, Brooke Curtis (Hunter), Kyler, Payton Bragg, Nicholas George and Tiffany Schwend (Andy); his great grandchildren, Chloe and Ryan Schwend; his brother Bob Gibson of Greenfield; and his brother-in-law Harlan Hoover of New Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
