He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil J Wise and Mattie Wise; and his brothers, Keith Wise and Leon Wise. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his son Rick Wise (Bernadette) of Avon, IN; his grandson Eric Wise (Amber) of Indianapolis, IN; and his great grandchild Jeffrey Wise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
