He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his granddaughter Rachel; his children, Scott Ledbetter, Joel Westlake, Melinda Kidd (Dennis), Michelle Lehman and Stephanie Barthold (Daniel); his sisters, Mary Davilla and Diane Taylor; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Berry. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
